VeriCite, Inc. (“VeriCite”) provides a retrieval-grounded assistant. This notice describes the information we collect when you visit our marketing site, sign up for a trial, or use our services as an end user of a customer’s deployment.
1. Scope
This notice covers the marketing site at vericite.site and the operator-facing admin console. Customer Data processed inside a tenant deployment is governed by the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the Master Subscription Agreement, not this notice.
2. What we collect
- Account data. Name, work email, role, organization. Provided by you at signup.
- Usage data. Page views, feature interactions, and aggregated performance metrics. Tied to your account where authenticated.
- Operator queries. Searches and configuration changes made in the admin console. Logged for audit and support.
- Support content. Tickets, chat transcripts, and any attachments you send our team.
3. How we use it
To deliver and secure the service, respond to support, send transactional and (with consent) marketing messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not train shared models on Customer Data, ever.
5. Retention
Account data: lifetime of the account, then 90 days. Usage logs: 13 months. Audit logs: 7 years (configurable for Enterprise). Support transcripts: 24 months.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection rights apply where law provides them (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA). Email privacy@vericite.site — we respond within 30 days.

EU/UK: standard contractual clauses + UK addendum on file. California: see CCPA disclosures in §6. Healthcare: BAA on Scale + Enterprise tiers.
